Your liver may be stressed

When you drink more than one drink per hour, your liver may be overloaded with more alcohol than it can process in one night. Overtime, this contributes to ‘oxidative stress’ in the liver, which means the organ’s cells are damaged, leading to inflammation and scarring and eventually, alcoholic liver disease.
